Don't forget to call the Canon Loyalty program number to get potentially 10% off your lens (refurbished included). I gave them the serial number for an older kit lens and it literally qualified me to get 10% off the RF 24-70 f/2.8. Amazing deal for refurbished.

I got a new RF 100-400 for 540 from Amazon 10 days back, thinking if I should get a refurb for 349, and return that. Confused!

Though with Amazon, I only paid a little and had a bunch of gift cards. Might save 200 with refurb, but new is new I suppose and it works like a charm

So I am enjoying the new RF 24-70 2.8 that I got for $1615 after loyalty discount. Perfect lens. But originally I wanted this $1299 deal for the refurb which is in stockā€¦ $1169 after upgrade discount. $445 difference, I might just keep my new lens because too risky doing lottery on refurb lens.
