Thanks for pointing that out. Interesting that they sell it in a bundle with the 6800 xt and its not a supported card.

Are you just basing that on card compatibility list? I can't find anything in specs to confirm this.

I'm trying to compare it to sonnet 750 I got and specs on these look identical and I'm pretty sure sonnet is only limited by Thunderbolt bandwidth.

An important thing to consider as well here is that Mac does not support Nvidia cards any longer, so just a heads up, you'll likely need to go AMD

huh? it'll support any card that physically fits and doesn't max out the psu.

it's like usb 3 into usb 2 ports.

but probably better to just go for the razer enclosure.

Why the Razer and do you know if the massive 4090 fits in either?

Can someone please explain what exactly this does? I have a m2 MacBook and do some video editing on there but only have the basic M2 MacBook model. Will this help? Thanks!

neither will fit a 4090 or have the psu for it.

you'll have to go for one of the open ones that doesn't have a case and you have to source your own psu.

but why a 4090? it'll be seriously gimped.
