I've used online/app codes twice recently. I'm positive that they ration the protein for online orders vs ordering in person.

They ration everything for online order because you're not there in person to tell them they're doing it wrong.

Just got two through an online order. No cheese or lettuce and bread was soggy. Horrible and will never go back sadly.
