Only order for cheap emergengy backups from this place. I used to buy a lot of glasses here and they were great! My last order all 3 pairs were bad. 2 pairs the prescription was placed way at the bottom of the lenses almost like bifocal placement so I couldn't see out of them unless holding them up on my forehead. They had me take pictures wearing the frames to get pupil location to have new glasses made. The pictures clearly showed my pupils are in line with the bridge of the glasses on both pairs, they were plastic frames with no nose pieces and sit close to my face. Got new pairs sent and the prescription was still way too low! I have to tilt my head way back to see clearly out of them. The transitions (their brand) I bought hardly turned to sunglasses, and the prescription was in the wrong placement on those also. They had me set them in the sun for x amount of time and send a picture to prove they weren't getting dark. I never buy the cheapest frames and get quality upgraded lenses with all the coatings so I was very dissappointed. I didn't bother going through the whole re-order process with customer service again and decided to take the loss and never buy from them again. Also the last order of 2 plastic framed spring hinge pairs I bought for my son from here each pair only lasted about a month, both broke at a spring hinge, not sure if his prescription placement was off but he had been saying he thought he needed to get his eyes checked again, even though he had just had his eyes checked and it was a new prescription on those glasses so most likely they were Frown
