no, you want a lower clamping voltage like 300 or less, but when a surge protector fails to list its clamping voltage that is a bad sign.

I hope you're kidding. This is more cheap Chinese direct marketing junk being dumped on consumers who don't care about the safety of their home/lives.

These WILL fail and there will be no one to hold accountable.

These are NOT UL certified.

I bought these last time on here, actually work pretty well. Usb-c is a little slow, Seems like decent quality. I bought 2.

I have these, fairly decent to connect lamps or alarm clocks and other gadgets. We all should bare in mind that these are not powerful enough to charge phones or gadgets. Stick their high PD chargers and use this as a surge protector.

Meaning you want 500 to 800 v.clamp, so this is 125? So bad?

Bought a few at this price for Christmas. I really like them. They screw into the wall to keep them snug and offer plug in from different angles. The built in USB works, but is very slow so I use an Anker fast charger on top of this which acts as a surge protector. All in all a pretty nice item as it sits on the wall and doesnt have additional cords or cables like other surge protectors.

I would say most breakers are rated for 15 amps (120*15= 1800 watts). So if you're trying to pull more than that from one circuit you'll probably trip a breaker anyway. The USB power out is 4.2 amp combined. The USB A can do 2.4 amp, the USB C can do 3 amp, and any mix can do a combined max pull of 4.2 amp. I don't like replacing the plate screw, but it will probably make it more stable. $10? I'll buy one.
