Found the My Arcade Atari Gamestation Pro for deep discount at my Costco for ~$30 in the Atlanta Metro yesterday evening. Reviews are mixed, but for the price you can load a ton of ROMs on this thing with a SD card.

It was in the seasonal blow-out area with the remaining video games and some toys, very much YMMV.

Still shows $80 for me
They're still $80 online, reported $30-$50 in-store, YMMV.

Bad reviews. Summary - Bad joystick and poor choice of games.

Can it be modded? If not hard pass!
Has a microSD slot and supports a lot of formats but not sure if it can be totally modded. GenXGrownUp has a good how-to video on YouTube, and added 10k games to his. Won't be limited to the native 200 games if you want more.

No search function yet, so that's a downside... but should be fun to play with for $30.

Yep, read the same bad reviews... especially for YMMV, not worth my time. Might end up with more frustration, I can spent the $30 on more useless items on slickdeals.net.

I picked the last one up yesterday at my Costco.
Initial impression:

The emulation works well and the Atari game selection is fine, but I plan on adding tons of more ROMs on an SD card too. It plays MAME, NES, SNES and more systems out of the box with no modding needed.

I didn't experience any problems with controller lag, it works fine, but I'm just not a fan of the ergonomics of the joystick. It's not terrible but I don't love it. I have read you can hook up modern controllers though so I will test that out.

I'll be playing around with it more this weekend. For $30 it appears to be well worth tinkering with.

I've read a couple of threads saying that this works much better after a firmware update.

Don't focus too much on the included games. With the SD card you can play a ton of games with many different pre-loaded emulators. The emulators are not advertised on the box. SNES, NES, Genesis, more Atari games, etc.. Get the firmware update. Joystick lag? Yes when wireless. Wire it or use a wired Xbox One controller. There are several videos explaining how to get this thing up and running very easily wihout requiring much tech know-how. The aforementioned GenXGrownUp on YouTube is a great place to start. I got one of these for $50 and couldn't be happier. No, it's not perfect, but it's a couple firmware updates away from being pretty close to perfect.

If you're going that route then wouldn't raspberry pi with retro pie be better option? If the joystick included sucks then what's the point of buying this?

Edit: I'm assuming that you're going to ditch the joysticks because of the lag mentioned in the above post. If you keep the joystick then sure it's not a bad deal I suppose. Especially if you could reuse those joysticks in a countercade.

It is 22 dollars clearance price at Costco in FL winter garden area
The My Arcade Atari Gamestation Pro (Item 1757619) falls short of expectations. The controller is flimsy, buttons often stick, and navigating the menu is a frustrating experience. The selection of preloaded games is limited, and the graphics and sound quality are disappointingly outdated. Overall, it's a subpar gaming console that doesn't deliver the nostalgic Atari experience it promises.
