you have to use zip to get the code and pay extra money for fee in 4 payments.
Also, the vendor on newegg is 3rd party vendor! That should be in post too, since it is not being sold by newegg. What a scam post.

Ignoring the Zip promo, $90 is actually a solid price. The main question is if you get the same 5 year warranty you would get if you purchased directly from goHardDrive, as opposed to via Newegg.
How reliable are refurb hdds? Are these the returned ones or are used pulled from old systems? If it is the latter, probably it would have gone through who knows how many read write cycles.

Obviously used...I'd say your chances are 50/50. Wouldn't touch this with a 10 ft pole dancer.

These will be server pulls with many years of runtime. However, you can check previous threads for Server Part Deals and goHardDrive and you'll see a lot of happy customers. IF you need cheap drives for a RAID array. One difference between the two vendors is that usually, Server Part Deals resets the SMART counters while goHardDrive does not.
I don't know if the Zip promo ended, but $76 per drive is a slick deal IF you need two or more. I'd even think about it at the $90 price, although I believe this model is older than some of the deals in 2023 (Exos X14 and newer). Having said that, not everybody needs 16TB+ capacities.
I messaged goHardDrive (though Newegg) to ask what the warranty is and they said 5 years. This is the same as when buying directly from them, and in some of the older threads, people have been pleased with their customer/warranty service.
YMMV.
