Rant warning:

I bought this exact model last year and the main power board went out right before Thanksgiving. Frigidaire took a week to send a service person to check it, then 2 weeks of waiting for the part that was back ordered, then another week to process a return/replacement, then another week to get Lowe's to pick it up before I could order a replacement.

I was very unhappy with the delays and having to uninstall it again, but the rest of the appliances in the kitchen are Frigidaire Galley, so I accepted that we would get another one just so everything matched.

Then when Lowe's issued me store credit, it wasn't even for the full amount that I paid. It was for the lowest sale price, the 550 shown here. So not only did I have to wait almost 2 months and uninstall it myself, but I was going to have to pay out of pocket for the replacement? No thanks. Used the store credit towards a Bosch that we can already tell is higher quality. Quieter, easier to install, etc. Sure it cost almost twice as much, but I couldn't bring myself to give Frigidaire another dollar.

I have one like it and it has run good for a year. Those stupid main control cards getting moisture and dying is a known issue. I am trying to devise a plastic protector to shield if from moisture. I feel for your mistreatment by a major brand. I was corresponding with a lady the had a Bosch 800 during 2020 with a bad main control card that had to go for months since there were none in stock during covid. I hope you have better luck than you did with frigidare/whirlpool. Big business is stupid. If they would have installed the board for free they would have had a customer for life.
