YMMV, my local lowes (46514) had these on dedicated clearance rack. Shows up as not in stock on Lowe's app, but has a location for them. Brickseek also lists as OOS, but my store had about 20 packs.

These charge my laptops.

Not quick .if I'm using it it will "trickle" charge it but if I leave it plugged in and working at the kitchen island it never runs down. I have an HP 14" convertible laptop. Not sure what model since it's free from my work.

My daughter's Chromebook however does charge unless not turned on, I've if she is using it it still runs down. Doesn't make sense to me but I never looked into it since it's her school laptop.

It does charge my daughter's iPhone 15 and my pixel 7 very quickly with a USB c cable
