Amazon has the acer Predator GM7000 4TB NVMe Gen4 Gaming SSD, M.2 2280, Compatible with PS5, PCIe 4.0.
Must have Prime for $200 price. Shipped from the manufacture BIWIN Tech
Lowest price I could find was $185 so this is $15 more than that but lower than other 4tb SSD I have been looking at like the 4tb WD black SN850X for example.
It has high ratings from Techpowerup with editor's choice and STH. Added another review for reference from tomshardware.

Due to the questionable controller in the gm7000, and the fact that a faster and more reliable drive has gone on sale recently for only $30 more, I'd personally avoid the gm7000 and spend a bit more when a reliable high end 4tb drive goes on sale.

Edit. Per previous comments (and I haven't read Amazon reviews either), if the controller is indeed an issue/concern, avoid it then...

If you can share some review links showing this is a bad drive to help people decide please do.
After my own research I bought 3 as I didn't see anything negative with how it performs.

But, I can't stop considering that older 8tb Samsung SSD for around $350. Despite it's age and potential to not support DirectDrive, 8tb would be awesome for game storage.
OT of nand and the controller: 2023 was rough on SSD companies images at a whole, outside of the 25236 controller, customer faith in ssds companies took a dip last year given both the Sandisk disappearing data, and Samsung high end drive longevity problems arose last year, leaving the pool of companies to buy from much smaller.

There are tons more threads, so feel free to do a quick search and take a look at the slew of reddit and other forum posts related to drives using the ig5236 having problems. The keyword "mn-5236" should get a bunch of results specifically related to the bricking issue. It's entirely possible that the gm7000 won't have any issues, but considering the ig5236's reputation, I personally wouldn't trust a drive with that controller with my data.

I recently got into xbox after many years and loving the xbox starfield experience after Days gone & last of us on ps5.
