if anyone is to ever buy this, get it at costco for $2349. they have no return date limit for a full refund and will do a shipping call tag for free and pick it up (just set it up via their website chat). at 99 lbs, it's well worth it! it's not showing on a search on costco's website right now, but just use this link. whenever they take ecoflow off their site intermittently this model can still be found via a "costco ecoflow delta pro" google search. oh and don't forget the possible 30% tax rebate.
