I own this. I would have returned if I didn't already have it built. Quality is awful. Super flimsy. We've got it thrown in a corner to hide some toys but it' not worth it even on sale.

I have similar design from Amazon ... Seems very similar..No complaints..

I just need something that will last 2 years, hold some books and will likely not be touched on a daily basis—will this do the job?

Bought this 2 weeks back when it was a frontpage deal for $55. Dark chocolate one. Cheap quality. Bottom doors did not align.
Waste of time putting it together.

I bought this last week, it's decent, I replaced the latches, they were made of plastic, so it cost my $7 to upgrade to magnetic. I wouldn't use this in my living room, but a kids room or pantry is fine. The pre drilled holes on the doors felt a bit small.

Could not agree more. Own this and was the cheapest option at that time. Awful quality . The doors don't align , called customer care, and they blamed me for building it wrong. Have built plenty of furniture before but this was at another level.

Well, I bought this thing and I assembled it last night. Initially it was easy to put together but once I got to the hinges it got tougher. Even after adjusting things it still does not look 100%. I added some additional support to the bottom piece because that area felt particularly loose. The material this is made of is very thin and you must be careful to drive all screws in as straight as possible or you risk sending a screw through the veneer. Also, when you attach the hinges and the latching hardware I recommend using a very small drill bit to improve the pilot holes that are provided for you.
