Good price at $19.98; keep in mind that about 4 oz of the weight has been attributed to the "butter sauce" that's included with it. This item is out of stock at my local Sam's Club (Bay Area). Make sure you pick out the biggest legs you see - ideally the less legs for the weight the better, as they'll be full of meat (and the shell-to-meat ratio is always best on big crabs).

It shows $39.98 or $19.99/lb. But when I add 2 to cart for pickup, the total price shows $39.98. So I guess they are $19.99 per 2 pound bag. I'm in the DFW areas.

Anyone know if these can be frozen to use later? And if so, for how long?
They are already frozen, and in my experience they last quite a while in the freezer. I don't know how long to recommend but at least a few months. Updated to add- These are pre-cooked. The internet varies on what it says but one crab company says that pre-cooked frozen crab will stay fine for a year in the freezer. Also, there's whether or not it's losing flavor or it's not safe to eat anymore. Some of the sites I looked at talked more about losing flavor.

My family has purchased giant crab legs at Sam's for many years. They used to be in the fresh seafood section, but now they are in the frozen seafood section. These were "on sale" recently for $40 with the original price, stated by Sam's Club, being $70.
When we bought the other kind in the fresh section, they were by the pound and all of them were different weights, so they weren't a consistent price. These pre-cooked frozen ones are always 2 lbs. I really don't know what the normal price is. $20 is a good deal for them though.
My store is letting me place an order for pick-up, but when we actually checked the store, they don't have any there, so I'm not sure if they will get more in stock or my on-line order will be cancelled.
