I bought the NEO300 with their solar panel a while back on a deal. I had a power outage not long after and used it to run a small projector to keep the kids entertained until they got the power back on. I've used it a few times since to charge things on the go and that kind of stuff. The unit itself is OK, the display and features are fairly simple, leave something to be desired.. The plastic doesn't feel very premium, but for what it is, I think it's fine. I haven't had any issues with mine yet.

That's what I was thinking too, but trying to figure out what device this can run that I'd want to have backed up in the event of a power outage. 300 watts is pretty low. Probably too low for my modem, router, mini PC, and Synology.

I have the 2000. Has probably been used for like 20 cycles, mostly to power my laptop and camping gear. Works great, charges pretty fast. Can't think of anything negative other than the power for the pd ports is a separate button you have to power both on/off independently, so took me a min to figure out but rtfm.

purchased NEO300 from company and had issues with device after accidentally fully discharging. NO RESPONSE after answering generic "did you make sure you are charging properly with appropriate chargers?"

Had to do a chargeback to obtain "justice"

Usually you can "jumpstart" them with a direct DC input.
