Well they are for gluten intolerant people and ones who are allergic to almonds too. Imagine being gluten free and tree nut free. Your options are nearly non existent

Exactly this. Taste is growing on me
One thing to note, depending on the level of sensitivity. Is that these have buckwheat.
I have tried many Simple Mills ones and enjoy them. This one I purchased once before I realized it had buckwheat, a pseudo cereal which I happen to need to avoid at the time.
Not everyone reacts to it, but mentioning it just in case. Because all the other products they have seem to avoid buckwheat.
Its better with whipped cream tho.
