I read your comment and thought maybe it was a Chinese brand rip-off with using the same logo, which totally would not surprise me at all, but no, it's actually the same brand.

Known brand but probably just their name slap on it. Zillion great reviews on amz but I still give up trying anything but Winix. Tired "quiet" similar size to this Toshiba. I figured that's a big enough brand must really be the quiet it claims .. nope.

I can be wrong about this but I bought 15 HEPA for he last 4yrs. Levoit, coway fine, but I'm done. Even though Winix models are not all quiet after 24/7 use for years they at least start out almost silent.

The $70 refurbished Winix available now probably better than this for easy filter deals and better brand.

Room size is grossly overstated. Brand not listed on www.ahamdir.om, possibly rebranded something else. This appears to be the AP200 model, though why that isn't anywhere in the listing I have no idea. CADR data is not forthcoming, the larger size AP300 has a CADR of 255, room size of 388 Sq feet.

Found some specs for this one, AP200: CADR 155.

This is a bedroom purifier at best. Filter cost appears to be around $30 a year.
