It seems like the confirmation emails are getting more and more delayed as time goes on - those who placed their orders earlier got them immediately, then those a little later said 20 min, then another batch at 40 min, and now it looks like an hour to receive. Delivery status on each individual line item on my order just changed status from "STATE_DO_OPTIMIZE" less than 5 min ago to now saying "Partly preparing to ship" for each item (the vacuum and the accessories are separate line items on the order).

Not sure about this deal. I've placed an order twice now and my account is showing no orders placed. So either the online support is behind or I've placed two orders. No confirmation email either. Checkout did say order was placed and I've got two different order numbers.
