You are right. Earlier while in office, I had access to free printer, envelopes, etc. They will even mail it for free.
But now I have to go to a office supply store to print, buy an envelope and then go to PO, so I just pay $20, sad but will cost me almost $10 to send it physically + time

Don't buy H&R software if you need this form Form 8911 Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit .People might suggest hacks but is it worth to do it when we pay to get the job done ? I wasted my money .

Deluxe version does have the NEC form but no deductions that I can find for business expenses. Since I never meet the requirements to itemize it is a wasted feature anyway.

Import is transparent if you saved last year's file as a T22 file on your desktop.

H&R block does NOT support Form 8911 Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit .I confirmed with them .

So better go with TurboTax or Other free software . Imagine how many other could be missing in H&R tax software which we are not aware of .
