I have a new Samsung frame tv and followed all straps to play sound from both my tv speakers and the soundbar simultaneously but I cannot get it. I have the soundbar connected via WiFi and have downloaded the SmartThings app like user guide recommended. Anyone else having similar issues?
FWIW, The speaker sub sounds amazing. Rhe soundbar is a great price overall
Since their customer support is not staffed on weekends, I sent an email with screen shots of all the pertinent information. I got an email Tuesday quoting an email allegedly sent to me on Monday advising me that my problem had been escalated and urging me to call Customer Service. After an hour on hold, I chose Sales instead of Customer Service. Sales picked up the phone but only advised me to call Customer Service. No luck so far.
I reported this to PayPal which sent a message to BuyDig. PayPal advised me that it could take a month to resolve the dispute and suggested I try to work things out with BuyDig.
I ended up buying a sound bar from Monoprice. Immediate email confirmation and the sound bar arrived in a few days.
Caveat emptor.

Or should I just get one of the following soundbar;
1. Yamaha ATS-1090 $150 (Costco)
2. Denon C210 $200 (Costco)
The one disappointment is that my TV is an older LG OLED with only ARC and not eARC. I haven't been able to notice a real Atmos type sound. Not sure whether it's my room configuration or the TV or if soundbar Atmos just isn't going to sound amazing like a full HT system.
