Seems like they are saying the shortage might end soon?

I bought 2 big 28oz ones in March 2022 for $3.78 each which was before the "shortage".

The "new" siracha isn't very good. They switched pepper suppliers (to help ease the shortage) and many say it's not that great. Might want to try and find a smaller bottle to test before buying in bulk.

Underwood farms (the people who originally supplied the peppers to Huy Fong before Huy switched to a cheaper source) makes their own siracha sauce that tastes pretty darn close to the original.

Yes, agreed, but not everyone lives in a metro area like San Jose or Orange County that has access to an abundance of Asian Markets. The local KP (Koreana Plaza) has it for $10 regular price now. Even on sale, it's like $7, still a rip off, but this is a good deal shipped to your door.

No comment on new peppers or formula, as I am still on an old bottle.
