Too many complaints about leaks and/or a number of the 5-star reviews seem to say they set it up but haven't yet used it overnight.

I do wonder how many of these "leaks" are really leaks versus the normal stretching that happens first few times (at least in my experience), which makes it seem like it leaked after a few hours of having weight.

Do like the multi-chamber idea that allows for some flexibility (e.g. inflate only half) and seems like a perfect fit for my Rav4...but just too iffy for me so I'll stick to my well-tested and proven full sized air "bed" for now.

Tempting, tho...
Lots of leaking reviews. Anyone here have this and can attest to durability?

I'm just imagining this guy going up to Yosemite in his Tesla, asking the ranger where the Motel 6 is.

What are people's thoughts about this versus a regular full size inflatable? The full size dimensions are about 54"x74" so it's a bit tight in SUVs with 48" width between wheel wells, but the inflatable should have some flexibility in fitting around that. Also, it seems the surface of this air mattress has lots of rounded edges from the tubes, compared to regular air matresses which have a more flat top. Is this noticeable when sleeping on it?

The regular air mattresses usually have one fill valve--which is easier/faster to fill. This one has multiple ones--which may may help if a leak develops in one section and can be isolated (as long as it is not centrally located, maybe). The other regular air mattresses are also available in bigger thicknesses (8", 10", 12", 14", etc.).

Advice from anyone with experience in these would help.

Thanks!

How does the full size air bed work in the RAV4? What thickness is it, and does it fit well inside?

If there was a way to vacuum seal a memory foam topper to be compact for transport that would be great without needing a big heavy vacuum cleaner there

Bought one like this different company for my RAV4. Tested it in my living room, after a week there was a leak. Developed a hole.
