If you can ride a skateboard and have smooth roads to use it on, it looks like it's ok for the price. I am spoiled with my OneWheel, but don't cheap out on something that could end up getting you injured. Some reviews suggest that it won't really last. Just be safe and wear a helmet regardless!

How long does it need to charge for such a short range? And isn't the battery tiny? It says 4000mah? Is that the same as a cell phone or am I mistaken?
The design is great looking! 10mph is really slow - I can push a cruiser short board up to about 15mph. Obviously, I can't sustain that for it's 9 mile range, but this won't be very fun to ride if you already know how to skateboard well.
For perspective, my typical esk8 "relaxed cruising" speed is around 12-17mph.

It's a 7s size battery though. 4ah (4000 mah) is the measurement of time it can output that power. Like with power tools you can have a 20v battery with 2ah, or 80v 2ah, but there's a huge difference in the output.

Are OneWheels that much more stable? I am an avid snowboarder but I absolutely suck on a skateboard. How close is the onewheel experience to snowboarding?
I am not skateboard capable, but I'm thinking this might be worth it for the components. I could push the skateboard wheel against a bike tire to have it motorize a bike. Lets say the skateboard wheel is 60mm diameter, and the bike wheel is 660mm diameter. This give a ratio of 11:1, meaning the max speed of the bike would be 0.9 mph. I'm pretty sure I can go that slow without falling off.
Another option would be to motorize luggage wheels. 10mph luggage would be pretty good, and a 9 mile range would definitely work within any airport.
I always see people walking slowly with walkers. What if those wheels were motorized?
Not sure why this is being downvoted weight limit effects speed and range on e boards and with this piece of junk only going 10mph and 9 mile range if you are anywhere close to 220 that means these stats will be impacted. If you are interested in buying an electric board I would recommend doing some research and avoiding junk like this

I am not sure that is true, but I will update you when this actually ships.

Couple of reviews. Looks fun for $100. Why not.
