What I did to change the price of an existing registration was to first do a search with the WOW code. Then in my account, click on the upcoming flight, then click change and search on the same date. There was a notification that the code was applied and I could then select the lower price.

If you try to use the calendar to see what dates are cheaper to fly it won't let you use the promo and then removing that option and just selecting the date and using the promo code they change the price. This is why I loathe buying airline tickets. It's confusing and frustrating

Are you sure ? I think the low fare calculator by default applies the promocode.

Enter an itineary with specific dates first, using the promo code. Then once you get the results, switch to the low fare calendar. It will display the promo prices. It's super easy with a non-mobile device, I can't speak to mobile because airline website features are always limited on a mobile/app and I never use it for SW bookings.

use the app. If your flights are flexible, check other days and airports if nearby. My original booking was over 6 months ago and changed several times to save.
