BC before, even a snowboard. but recently in dec we ordered a fleece for my daughter and she didnt like the fit. we immediately returned it in the same condition, tags still on etc and BC claimed it was used and gave me store credit. yes it was the first time i ever returned stuff to BC too. i eventually filed a claim with cc and was able to sort it out but left me not wanting to shop BC ever again. quite scammy in rhat regard. about the same time we also ordered and returned a fleece
from mountain steals (owned by moosejaw) and they were so good!
also lastly we ended up with the rei 850 down for her and myself!!
also if you search bcs history they have been known to practice some questionable/unethical behaviors, fwiw
Design seems nice but with all the microplastic/nanoplastics concerns now I'd be wary of putting them through the dryer.
However if you're looking for more sizes/colors and cheaper prices, you may want to check Patagonia's official website as they're having their own winter sales too. I noticed the prices are a bit cheaper than here (but min $100 for FS which pretty sure you're gonna meet anyways)
