I was looking to replace my Costco bioBidet 6800 from 2021, due to the soft-close hinges breaking (a known issue,) and Costco doesn't have that model anymore so I could get a full refund but couldn't get a replacement, and the similar model (this one, actually) is listed at $359, so I checked the manufacturer and the rest is history!

Stick to Costco and you can get full refund if it breaks again after 3 years.

I had the same issue and the water heater broke. The process/cost to fix was too much so now I just have a janky bidet.

Worth reading the reviews on CostCo. Only 3.5 stars. Lots of complaints about things stopping working (heater, light seat, broken hinges) after a relatively short amount of time. $369 at Costco so big price difference - not worth buying at CostCo to get their 3 year warraty.
What kind of a warranty through BioBidet? I'd suggest using a credit card that extends the warranty by a year.

Bought this at Costco awhile back (two years?) and have had no issues. Excellent introduction to bidet seats IMO.

Standard BioBidet Disclaimer - stuff will break quickly. Had mine flood the bathroom/basement. Hinges broken, seat broken, water connection broken. All within 3 years. Buyer beware. Anything out of warranty will be expensive.

IF you're going to buy biobidet stick with costco so you can return/refund/exchange.

Note their "3year" warranty is really a 1 year, with some years of pro-rated coverage.

Be careful with the product quality of Bio Bidet. I bought the same brand with different bidet model from Costco and returned/refunded 2 times for different issues within 2 years of usage. Never again will buy their products. If you are buying from places other than Costco, be prepare to buy a new one every two years.

The remote control sets off my Simple Human Touch-Free Sensor Soap dispenser and causes it to shoot soap all over the counter. Annoying first world problems.

I think the same model is being sold at Costco. Tried two of these and both started leaking right after installation.
Be aware, make sure you buy it from somewhere with good return policy.
