A note about Walmart return via Fedex option.
Today I received two emails from Walmart. First one reads, "Your refund is on its way. Sorry things didn't work out. We've initiated a refund and wanted to provide a quick overview for you." Then a few hours later, I received a second email "Refund cancellation …Unfortunately, the items we received didn't match your return request. Your return has been canceled, and your original payment method has been charged $XXX.XX again for the items you were refunded for."
I called Walmart customer helpline and was told the exact same thing as the email and to send in the correct item which was impossible because I've already sent them the correct item. Walmart won't tell me what item was received and refused to send back the original item back to me. So my only option left is a credit card chargeback.
Safest return option is to wait in line at Walmart.

Any idea how long the $50 W cash offer will be going on for? I just have no use for Walmart+ at this moment, and considering postponing it to the end of Jan
And is it confirmed it is the credit card address that determines it?

They also have way more product SKUs than Costco. For example, Costco carries Palmolive dish soap, but you'll only find the unscented variant at Walmart.
However, I don't usually shop groceries at Walmart.

for under $7 ea, much better than amazon. The nearest local store that had them both in stock was pretty far away, so I added a cutting board to get to the $35 free shipping minimum. Walmart + would have come in handy.
edit: which brings up a question, what if I returned the cutting board for refund at my local walmart, would the shipping price be charged back to my credit card?
