These have less caffeine than a Venti Starbucks coffee.
Very good point. It's also only half the caffeine of some other energy drinks out there.
While I do encourage watching out for your heart health, it's also important to look at numbers. If we don't freak out about drinking a venti Starbucks, why bother freaking out about this drink? (Not a question)

It's a question, but a hypothetical one. Regardless, I agree. There is such a negative stigma around energy drinks as opposed to a mostly positive one around coffee. Much of it stems from the "other" ingredients, "chemicals", in energy drinks, which I can understand being skeptical of, but all too often the risks associated with consuming these drinks are blown way out of proportion to the point of fear mongering.
Seriously guys. Be good to your heart. You only get one and you can't heal it once it's broken.
Energy drinks get a bad rap from their marketing to teenagers. Realistically most people drink more caffeine and coffee daily than energy drinks. This particular brand only has roughly 150 mg of caffeine per can. The average energy drink is 200. Got a cup of coffee is 90 roughly so it's not that bad. Don't let the hype fool you. And considering it's diet and taste pretty good, it's a much better alternative to full sugar drinks.

Not sure if this is offered to all or limited accounts.
