I have two of these sitting on a floor right now. Huanuo has a 5 year guarantee on these and in all fairness they do ship out replacements for faulty ones. I like my monitors sitting in a stationery position at the adjusted height and position. The springs on the arms, however, will lose the tension and the monitor will start losing their position and become uneven. Only the other day, I had to adjust one of the arms where the monitor was leaning forward. I made it straight and today I see sagging already. You can only keep adjusting them by tightening it. I have really tightened them beyond any more movement. Next time, I will have to call the manufacturer for help. The stated weight of the monitors is about 19.5 pounds and mine weigh about 12-13 pounds. So, if you do not use the positioning or changing the direction etc, its better to buy a fixed arm one.

Years ago, however, I bought a dual gas spring arms like this one from dayton audio. Best damn investment on that one. It has not moved in over 6 years and when I place the level on each of the monitors, they are solidly level.

Bought this 2 months ago and works great. I'm very surprised by the quality at the price point of this brand…

Overall for dual monitor clamps (not just this brand)…I'd get 2 single Monitor clamps. The 2 in 1 restricts screen movement, especially if you have 2 different sizes.

I've had this exact model for about a year now and honestly it's been great. I think I adjusted the tension screws when I set it up and it's been perfect since. I agree with ulieq though, two 27" monitors is probably all this can comfortably handle.

Can vouch for these. They're really good and can hold even heavier 27" monitors.

Thanks for the insight. I was second guessing my decision to buy 2 of the single $20 ones listed previously (the ones with the usb hub built in). The restrictions in movement make sense.

I have this model from same company for 2 x 32" monitors stacked on top one another. Been using it since Feb 2021. Paid $50. No real issues.
