No matter how much I want to play old Atari or Arcade style games I just can't enjoy them without a joystick. That's how they were meant to be played and my reaction time was just faster twitching my wrist to get Pac-Man around the turns. One of these days I have to build me a MAME cabinet.

This question is probably better suited to someone who has this already.
Considering many of these games back in the day were meant for a 4:3 aspect ratio screen, have they been modified to look good and/or fill the screen at least so that the majority of the screen is not black space on the right and left of a modern 4K TV?
I play this Pac-Man quite a bit. Just me but I like regular old school Pac-Man and this scratches the itch. Got a 57000 high score a few weeks ago and I don't know how because now I can't get past 30000. But when I'm bored at work or have a few minutes at home, I love trying. Good deal IMHO
These aren't even the arcade versions. They are the snes versions. Hard pass, wtf were they thinking when releasing these? Rad is an awesome game for 5 bucks in switch.

Or does it look crappy?
I don't know about this particular set of games. But the ones I've seen have a border around the outside to fill up the empty space.
So they aren't updated to fill it appropriately, and they aren't skewed incorrectly. They just fill the space with graphics or something so that the video is the appropriate resolution on your screen.
It's by the makers of the original Harvest Moon, now known as Story of Seasons, which is the original Japanese name translated into English. The company that owns the Harvest Moon name has started making it's own farming games, that are not made by the original Japanese company. Basically all Story of Seasons games are Harvest Moon, but not all Harvest Moon games are Story of Seasons.

When I was younger, I loved playing Super Monkey Ball. I'd recommend Banana Mania over Banana Blitz if you were to get one.
