My overall experience with the saw has been very positive. It's dependable, easy to use, and an excellent size: big enough to handle most tasks, while small enough to be manageable. As another commenter mentions, by shortening the pole length down to minimum, this saw is also very useful for doing some initial cutting large branches down into smaller pieces without having to break out a bigger chainsaw. If you're in the DeWalt 20v ecosystem, and you have trees, this saw is worth having.
