I'm sure someone is more knowledgeable than me after my quick google search; but, this is a step below "Mobil 1" full synthetic in terms of performance.

That's correct. Both made by ExxonMobile.

Mobile 1 is the top tier, but also about $9-$10 more expensive per 5 qt container. Both are DEXOS approved.

I think I'll stick to Kirkland full synthetic for best bang for buck.

Anyone know how these compare to Kirkland Signature oil at Costco?

Costco oil is distributed by Warren Oil. Same company who distributes Amazon's private label and Supertech (Walmart).

This Mobile product is distributed by ExxonMobile.

I know that doesn't really answer your question, but might add some context.

MOTUL,and Amsoil are 100% synthetic oil.The majority are mixed like mobile1, Pennzoil,,,etc.

If you change your oil, every 5K miles doesn't really matter what kind of synthetic brand you use.

I'm gonna make a complaint thread somewhere about paid subscription based deals on this forum. It's not a hot deal if you pay for a yearly subscription to get these kind of deals. Prime, Costco, BJ's, Sam's, etc. You pay up front for these deals. No place in this forum. Need a separate forum labeled 'subscription based deals'. End rant.

A very good point. Maybe a tag that states "subscription based deal" or something like that. I could get behind something like that.
