Fair warning, unlike the show these sauces do not represent any reasonable scaling of heat- those #s on the back are nonsensical-- it's not 2, 2, 4, 5, 11.... it's 1,1,1.5,2,11.

That said- all their stuff TASTES good at least, versus say Da Bomb which is objectively not near as hot as Last Dab but tastes 1000x worse.

No need to be so sour. Just give it a thumbs down as "unable to replicate deal". If this was more widespread it would be a great deal. A bottle of El Yucateco costs more at Walmart.

In terms of actual measurable heat Da Bomb is significantly less hot than any of the last dabs... but it's chemical extract garbage so it's painful and awful to consume even though the scoville score is a lot lower than the last dabs..

The actual hot ones branded sauces typically use natural ingredients- for example Last Dab XXX (the best tasting of the last dabs IMHO) has a list of Ingredients: Pepper X, chocolate pepper X, peach pepper X, distilled vinegar, ginger root, turmeric, coriander, cumin, dry mustard-- so they actually TASTE good.... (and all the ones in this pack apart from the final one have very very little heat compared to the last dab but still taste good)

Last Dab is a sauce you put on food to enjoy if you like a lot of heat.

Da Bomb is something you give enemies as a dare.

(for folks who want stuff nearer Da Bombs heat level but that has the outstandingly good taste of the Hot Ones stuff I'd suggest several of the Heartbreaking Dawn or Burns and McCoy sauces like Reapercussions, Devorandum, etc...)

I picked up three. Of the five, all but the apollo sauce is pretty mild. The apollo is hot, but not absurd. It might be okay mixed in just to raise spice level, but it's just vinegar and peppers.

The Rojo and Verde sauces taste really good.

Los calientes is really flavorful sauce i wish they had larger bottles

Last Dab is great smoky flavor and it's actually not as painfully hot with it being pepper x

Trussville, AL location had the price tag that said clearance $29 but rang up $9 and showed up on the app as $9. There were about 50 packs left when I was there today.

This is a great deal, the Apollo sauce goes for 22$ a bottle on hot ones official website. I snagged some of these for pickup tomorrow at Sams, lets see if it actually gets fulfilled!

Just started watching the show recently. Gotta say the interview questions are excellent, and the answers are sincere since their focus is on the burn, not BS boiler plate. In for one if I can find it...

I've found that most of the really hot sauses I pick up don't taste very good. Maybe my pallet is unsophisticated, because I like Tabasco, Mike's Red Hot, and Sriracha. What I do is buy Reaper powder [amazon.com] and mix it into the sauses that I know taste good and dial heat up. Now I'm not wasting good money on hot sause roulette.

Sams Club had a bag of Hot Ones wings with three sauce samples: classic, medium, and apollo. Apollo tasted pretty good, not as hot as i expected.

Anyone know if its safe to wait to pick it up for reserve or should I just go to the store? Not sure if stock will still be there tomorrow or if it will go unfilled never picked up from here before

When I went to mine earlier, it was pretty picked over. I barely found it in the back up and upper shelf. Saw multiple people walking out with some so I personally wouldn't wait if you really want this deal.
