You must be a member of Cheesecake Rewards to participate by either entry method.
(a) Make a Qualifying Purchase at a Cheesecake Factory Location: During the Promotion Period, make a "Qualifying Purchase" (defined below) from a "Participating Restaurant" (defined below) and take the actions below to connect your Qualifying Purchase to your Rewards account.
A Qualifying Purchase is a $5.00 or more pre-tax and pre-gratuity purchase of food and/or beverage placed from a Participating Restaurant via one of the methods described below ("Qualifying Purchase"). For clarity, a gift card purchase is not a "Qualifying Purchase." Participating Restaurant means any The Cheesecake Factory restaurant located in the United States, including Puerto Rico.
Connect your Qualifying Purchase to your Rewards account as follows:
· When making a Qualifying Purchase, you must inform your server, cashier, or other individual who takes your order that you are a Cheesecake Rewards Member and you must provide the mobile phone number associated with your Cheesecake Rewards account (herein a "Rewards Account") to receive a Sweepstakes entry.
· You may also make a Qualifying Purchase when you are logged into your online Rewards Account and make an online takeout order from www.thecheeseca
· Alternatively, you may also make a Qualifying Purchase directly through the DoorDash website or app. To do so, you first must link your Cheesecake Rewards account to your DoorDash account. You may link your Cheesecake Rewards account with your DoorDash account via DoorDash.com or the DoorDash app. To successfully link these accounts, the phone number associated with your DoorDash account must match the phone number associated with your Cheesecake Rewards account.
By completing a Qualifying Purchase by one of the methods described above, you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: you can earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry each calendar day of the Sweepstakes.
(b) Enter Without Purchase: To enter without making a purchase, print your name, address, the mobile phone number associated with your Rewards Account, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "The Cheesecake Rewards Las Vegas Giveaway" c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5022, Department 860833, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5022. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) mail in entry per envelope; up to twenty-eight (28) separate mail in entries during the Promotion Period. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2024 and received by February 7, 2024. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Prize package includes one (1) $1,850 cash prize, payable by check or other method determined by Sponsor (that may be used to assist with air transportation for winner and one guest and two (2) nights' hotel accommodations); one (1) $200 The Cheesecake Factory eGift Card; one (1) Coke Store merchandise gift basket valued at $1,000 (exact items to be determined by The Coca-Cola Company in its sole discretion); a tasting for winner and one (1) guest at The Coke Store in Las Vegas, NV; two (2) $100 TopGolf digital gift cards; and one (1) $500 Vegas.com eGift Card. The Coke Store tasting (valued at $50) must be completed within one (1) year of the promotion end date, or this portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided.
