Only outside sellers sell Keepsake Ornaments on Walmart.com and I doubt they'd discount it that much. What you bought were probably mass market ornaments.

There is a difference between keepsake ornaments and mass market ornaments.
Walmart does not sell keepsake ornaments on their site. Only outside sellers do.
Not too many Keepsake ornaments have a MSRP of $10 (90% off =$1)
