I have this 300N and the FL12. This is a nice light but it has one brightness (on-off w/ no dimming). The FL12 has dimming settings and the magnet / hinge combo make for a fairly adjustable light. I like the 300N for my road trip toolbox as it takes up less space. All said, both have their advantages.

I bought this light for a similar price and would say it's not really worth it for more than $25 or so. Mostly bought it since I had extra batteries.

Like the first comment, I was surprised that there's no brightness adjustment but especially at the lack of a magnet, that would add like 5 cents to the cost? Made it really annoying when the shape of the hook didn't fit anything in a given area. This really feels more like a harbor freight level item than something worthy of the Bosch brand IMO.

I found these little COB lights on AliExpress a year and a half ago. I bought a bunch of them to give away and to just have around the house. They don't beat a giant work light, but I like them better than most of these smaller more expensive lights.
Here's an Amazon link. Pay no attention to the 1000 lumen advertisement. They advertise anywhere from 400 to 1000 on ali but they're all the same light.

I have the both and the FL12 is 2-3x this price. I haven't even tried out the FL12 because this one is so good. Either is great. I would buy one of each.
