How is this a deal when it's been going on consistently for YEARS? Also, you just need to wait roughly 20 minutes, not 60, to use another deal.

There are many great deals that have not been reports to SD. If you just find out about it, it is a slick deal. Compare $3 at Starbucks vs $1 at McDonalds. No brainer. Also, McDonald's drip coffee wins on taste:

Yes they do have it in Southern California. I have used the app to get $0.99 coffee many times in Los Angeles and San Diego.

That's strange. Everyone i know doesn't have it. I use to use it a lot but about a year ago I stop seeing it. I see it if I travel out of so cal. Like to another state

I'm in Los Angeles I haven't seen this deal for months if it's not half year already, but I order a dollar coffee from them all the time, some McDonald's tastes pretty good somewhat terrible with too much water
