Bought this recently. Laptop died shortly after that. Seller would not take back laptop. Cheap for a reason. Stay away

It is supposed to come with a square trade warranty I believe.
Have you submitted a warranty claim?
If so, are they refunding, fixing, or replacing?

Please correct me if I'm wrong - isn't the chip in this laptop similar to the one in ASUS ROG Ally Z1 Regular? (The non-extreme version)? I believe regular Z1 is also known as the ryzen 5 7520. If so, this will likely do a decent job of gaming

I also bought recently. Mine also died, was able to return. I thought it didn't have a touch screen but just wasn't working most of the time. I still haven't received a refund.

LPDDR5 RAM means fully soldered, no slot and not upgradable
