Weaker CPU with 8gb or more powerful CPU and 4gb (lenovo 3) depends on what you plan to do. If you are doing alot of video meetings, the higher cpu will probably provide a smoother experience. If you are browsing w many tabs or plan to use linux apps like light coding, the 8gb will go further.

8GB DDR is fantastic for this price.
My Celeron 4020 with only 4 GB worked very well. It just was not quite enough DDR.
New this is a great deal adults or students should be happy with this.
I guess you meant a 7th gen? 8th gen had 4c/8t and some 7th gen were 2c/4t. Boost/base clocks of 8th gen i5 were higher than this cpu too.
What's really needed most for streaming? Fast internet? Memory? CPU?
These are made for zoom and such if 768p is sufficient for your needs.

I should have mentioned that it would be output to TV via HDMI. Not sure if that makes difference.
Another question, if this can only do 1366x768 what would it be able to output to 1080i or 1080p?
He just needs it occasionally to watch some races & Dale Earnhart show on utube
i like to plug a DVR to this screen - is it possible

I was looking for a tablet or something like this or nexdock to interact with my mini pc. Started with an old galaxy phone and shifted to my zfold. Works pretty good on zfold but run into issues when using multiple monitors and really need to utilize mouse, keyboard and keyboard shortcuts.

The camera is 768p so that is the max unless you installed another camera.
