Bad quality, really cumbersome to adjust and use the different functions. It's a bummer how much staff posts with kickbacks get pushed to the top of this site these days instead of actual quality deals.

I bought this in December for this same price, for someone entry level or women, i think its great. Its compact, and economical. So I dont have to invest too much money, and I can do various free weight exercises. The Push up handles are a plus, you can get better range of motion.
the quality is fine, these are not solid weights they are filled iron sand or something. So your not going to want to drop them and break them. occasionally the Nut that's fastened to hold the weights gets a little loose and it doesn't take a second to re tighten it.. So I have 2 dumbbells set up at different weights depending on the movement, and the kettle bell for other uses. I don't use the barbell because id rather do pushups, but its size was perfectly fine.
Its metal coated in some sort of pvc plastic. I dont know if its a slick deal, but comparing other weights and sets iv shopped around for its a great value. specially for starting off. This set does exactly what its supposed to, and several reviews state that they had it for years without issues.
