Refurb but for price its a great deal. I bought a couple early this month and they were both in excellent shape. Love the Arm that comes with it too.

Excellent colors and no dead pixels.

Currently $650 at Costco - new.

YMMV i bought one last one and had to return it. The USB - C connection was not working. I had over a hundred hours of screen use when I checked it too.

This is a very normal malfunction of this specific monitor. I bought two new from Costco a year ago for $400 and both of the USBC port died

When I purchased the monitor from this seller, the monitor had nearly 700 hours on it (exact same listing, "open box" condition). The seller offered me 5% back for keeping it. Of course I declined, returned the monitor and never bothered to look at anything from this seller. From eBay feedback you can tell this is not an oversight -- this happens all the time. Of course some people were lucky and got almost brand new ones. If you want to try your luck, sure. My time is too expensive to mess with messaging the seller and doing returns.

I got two and both in perfect condition. No issues. This is the best deal on a GREAT 4K monitor right now.
