Received mine today, and the box was damaged and clearly opened without breaking the seal (the flap was lifted up while the pull tab was intact). The band looked dirty, scratched and clearly used. Best Buy basically sold me a "new" one that had been used. Annoying. Already returned to a store. Of course, they're now sold out, so goodbye sweet deal on an OEM band.

Buying Apple products is honestly turning into a crapshoot.

My tracking says delayed. Someone I know got theirs and it was brand new and oem Apple but was beaten to death because it came in a bubble mailer.

Yes, mine was also shipped in a small mailer. If the watch was actually new and the box simply jacked up, one can live with that!
