Looks like a decent faucet. One of the reviews mentions it uses Moen parts (or compatible parts).
I think this product would be great for a rental home or apartment, to replace builder grade. Not so much for my forever home.
I plan on living in my home until I die or cannot anymore. I am going to go with a product from a company I know and one I know will be around for years to come. That is why I have a Delta faucet. Yes, it cost around $150 in 2009, but it still looks great and performs as it should to this day. I had an issue with my Delta faucet (it dripped). Called Delta, provided the model name, they shipped me the replacement part with detailed instructions for free. Lifetime warranties are great. After taking it apart, I realized that it was something that just needed to be tightened (but I replaced the part anyway).
I am contemplating the Soka for our laundry room utility sink. Time to ask the wife for approval
Thanks for the post.
I'll just add beware of these off brands on Amazon. I made that mistake a couple of times in the past and didn't get two years out of them, just went to Moen after that
I have a model similar to this with the horizontal bar and the nozzle sits MUCH to close to the sink for my liking. That's a tradeoff with a design like this.

I'm waiting on one in bronze or gold, but this is a good deal. Matte black only looks good the day you install it and then you're fighting water spots forever.
I'd never put an off-brand faucet in my home or rental units. Plumbers are too expensive unless you're doing it yourself. Water leaks are costly and create mold problems. Tenants often don't tell you about water issues. Go branded

It's better to ask the wife for forgiveness then permission. 😉

We go Moen for units and Koehler for home.
