Walmart does not have your back in my experience dealing with 3rd party vendors.

These are tiny and shallow. No way they hold 250# without major flexing.

I got this last week it's decent. Have two similar ones from Costco for $10 more and they're more sturdy. The diameter and weight of the columns/tubes is appreciably higher and comes with thin plastic sheets so that things don't fall between the gaps in the shelves.
