Good afternoon,
Thank you for contacting us. I have sent an inquiry to my warehouse management team to see if we can have the device located. Once they contact me with their findings, I will be sure to reach out to you as soon as possible.
Spectrum doesn't care, blames Assurant nor will they let me return the phone. This is WILD in my opinion. Basically, we have your device, you get $0, but we won't ever tell you why, you're not owed a reason and we're definitely not giving you the $700 even though you have an e-mail stating we'll accept this phone.
Bordering theft I'd say.

I'm trying to get a sense if it would just be a waste of my time to try and get them to correct it.

Went to the 2nd store. They refused to trade in right away, saying it is new policy that they will not allow same model (even if it is s24 to s24+ļ¼ trade in and won't allow overage.
