For those who wanted to buy this in the LG website. You can use code HE3F2FE for additional 10% percent discount. It will bring down the price to $337.04.
I am not sure if the code is one-time use.

Looks like HWU reviewed it just a couple months ago. Overall they liked it, with the only exception that the price was a little too high. But at this price, they probably would have loved it!

I just tried it out, and it seems to work for an additional $35 savings. Thank you!

Just ordered one for my son. Thanks for the 10% coupon. Took advantage of some CB offer, as well as 4% CB from Amex, which should eventually bring it down to $287 out of pocket.
Tried coupon at LG not working for me so guess it had limited uses otherwise I would have jumped on it with the Amex 4% off also pretty darn good deal.

Yep, the LG promo code is now dead (for this deal, anyway).

Does this monitor has a fan inside? It's quite annoying at normal distance, and loud when putting my ears on the back of the panel.
Not sure why you're downvoted. That's a good question. Annoying sounds are a real issue with some electronics.
There's probably not a fan in it (some monitors have one but I couldn't find if this one does), but it's likely you're hearing what people call "coil whine". It happens with monitors. Electronic components of a monitor sometimes put off an audible sound for some people. If it is an issue, people often return and replace until they find one without a whine.

Does this one have issue with DP port being disconnected in standby? I got different model on BF sale and can't use it in multi-monitor setup, all my windows are moving to secondary monitor when computer wakes up. Searching the internet, it seems LG monitors are plagued with this issue. I have Samsung, Asus, Acer, AOC monitors and non have this issue.
