When compared to non-outlier Champion generator posts it isn't too bad. Keepa shows a low price of $746.87 for this specific model from Amazon (aside from any coupons that may have applied).

Fair enough but in terms of value, still seems relatively tepid to other Champion genny deals—albeit the models varied in output.
Thought this post may be of value of someone looking specifically for 7500W as that size wasn't part of the wild pricing deal from December.
It's not an inverter
"Since the 201004 has a high THD (<20%), it is advisable to not use it for the powering of sensitive electronic devices."

Most non-inverters are gas guzzlers.
I'm glad I got my Champion 4250-Watt Open Frame Inverter Generator, Dual Fuel for $320 almost exactly a month ago.
My ears and insulation can put up with noise, my electronics can't.
The good: It is a true 7500 running watts rather than listing a 6000 w as a "7500" based on starting watts which is dishonest.
Decent deal given today's market and peak winter storm demand. Amazon cleared out old models and old inventory last month and it is now sold out of many models.
Currently available from Amazon:
Westinghouse wgen7500 for $850 today with Prime.
Champion open frame hybrid inverter 8750 / 7000 watts. Has a coupon for me making it only $185 more than this deal.
Woot! has less buyer protection than Amazon.
