I have the CITI Double Cash card and it doesn't work for me. Clicking on the link I get a page saying im not eligible. Denies me inputting it during checkout also.

Yes, it's definitely targeted, just like any other CC promos with Amazon. Having said that the code worked on my secondary account as well.
