Saw this offer today, didn't see it anywhere else so posting. First time poster here so ignore any mistakes.

It's the fact. If you are eligible then you'll be able to take $10 off as long as it's over $10.01 and shipped and sold by Amazon.

I have linked my CITI double cash card. First, the promo code didn't work at check. Then I realized the default payment card was not CITI. I switched to this particular card, then it works! Hope it helps.
