Maybe the frame but not the box.
I have some 1200F rustoleum that I've used for brake rotor hats, calipers, and grills. IMO only having to keep up with one paint is worth it, even though this is a good deal.

This is rated to 900f degrees, which may be ok for some grills. I've used their automotive spray paint rated to 2000f with success on grills.
I'm seeing 500F on their user PDF (which matches the description in this post).
