Tried trading in my tab s8 ultra for the tab s9 ultra, and price in the product screen shows $223 after trade in. Continues to check out and it changed to $319 before taxes…

You might need to chat or call samsung. There was an issue with my edu account and they fixed it.

OP, fairly confident you are not going all the way to last screen. Samsung.com is notorious for the price changing (up and down) at final checkout.

If you are going to buy at their site often, it is important to remember this. It's also what makes deal chasing tedious on Samsung.com.

Agree with the above. Tried app, different browsers, even my work vs no discount logins...all switch price. Chat said it was an error and wait 24-48hr....bs.
